Cottage Inn management surveyed 100 employees and summarized responses to the question-
What do you like most about working in the Pizza Industry?
Here are the results:
Number 10= I Love Pizza (I would have thought this would be Number 1)
Number 9=Flexible Hours
Number 8=The business aspect of seeing sales increase over time
Number 7=Cooking-I love to cook!
Number 6=Creating a work of art- at Cottage Inn being Gourmet, we get to make a lot of art!
Number 5=Pizza is simple and highly desired-Pizza is the one food that brings people together.
Number 4=Fast paced atmosphere, there is always something to do in a pizzeria.
Number 3= Customer Interaction-it is hard not to get a smile when you are serving pizza
Number 2= Customer Relationships- It is the type of business where you have your regulars and get to know and enjoy them.
Number 1= The thrill of the rush and knowing that you completed every order, on-time and as expected. Chaotic but organized Chaos. (of course we strive for 100% accuracy but we are not always perfect)
