Pizza Wars
Cottage Inn Pizza is always looking for a way to give back to our community. We donate to many different events and have scholarships for those who are trying to further their education. But what we take most pride in is delivering the highest quality food that we can, and it is starting to pay off!
Cottage Inn does it again! Every year the students at GVSU holds a contest called Pizza Wars, a spin-off of Star Wars. During a selected basketball game GVSU asks five pizza restaurants to showcase their pizza in the field house during the game. The pizzerias competing were, Hungry Howie’s, Jet’s, Papa John’s, Peppino’s Pizza, and yours truly Cottage Inn Pizza. When entering the field house students were given voting slips. While having samples of each pizza they would write down their vote on the slip and turn it in to be tallied.
After tallying up all the votes the award was then given to the winner. On February 15th Cottage Inn Allendale was selected by the students of GVSU as the best pizza in the area after winning Judge’s choice last year. We are very happy to be GVSUs favorite pizza place and want to congratulate everyone at Cottage Inn Allendale for their effort.
