Cottage Inn Pizza Franchisee Shares Outreach Efforts in Video

August 22, 2017

Steve Alie is excited to open a new location of the pizza franchise in North Carolina college town.

Steve Alie became a fan of Cottage Inn Pizza during his college days in Dearborn, Michigan. So when market research showed that the Carolinas were underserved when it came to quality gourmet pizza that could be picked up or delivered, it made sense for Alie to set up shop close to a university campus. An area developer for the pizza franchise, Alie recently started a Cottage Inn Pizza restaurant near the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

In a YouTube video made to celebrate the opening, Alie says that he is excited about the opportunity of starting on the ground floor in a new market. The pizza franchise has a lot of history and a great product, he says, one that will appeal to both the student and faculty body at the university and the rest of the Greensboro community.

As Alie’s example demonstrates, Cottage Inn Pizza franchisees are committed to community outreach and to partnering with area businesses. Alie reports that his restaurant will be supplying pizza to the university concessions at sporting events and will be the preferred pizza for staff and faculty events. On-campus tasting events are planned and Alie wants to ensure that customer service and all operational aspects are so superior that every customer who gets a taste of Cottage Inn Pizza will want to come in for more. After all, Alie is convinced that many other college students — and the rest of the Greensboro community alike — will fall in love with the pizza franchise just as he did many years ago.
